What is Trek in Indonesië about?
For Flip Stoltenborgh, Indonesian cooking and traveling to Indonesia are two great passions. Out of his love for the country, he founded a travel agency specializing in tailor-made trips to Indonesia in 2010. During the pandemic, he finally had the time to fulfill a long-cherished dream: writing a book. In this cookbook, he shares his 70 favorite recipes, cooking tips, and insights about the islands. Where possible, each dish also includes a vegetarian alternative.
